The location of the hotel was ideal as it was near to the attractions we wanted to visit. The free Wi-Fi was a plus point and we got decent speed. , the room size was decent for the price we paid.

The staff was not helpful and didn't speak English well. It was frustrating when we had some issues with the shower and air conditioning and no one came to fix them.

The hotel is located near several bus stops which made our transportation around the city very easy, and it's not far from the West Lake. Additionally, the hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable.
